Our Custom Home Building Services
When you hire Taylor Burton Company to build your new home in the greater Birmingham area’s upscale neighborhoods:
- The first step is having an initial meeting where you will tell us your ideas and requirements, your budget, your desired square footage, and so on.
- During the second step, you will meet with our designer who will help put your dream home on paper. Based on our initial meeting and the plans our designer drew up, we can provide you with a detailed cost analysis and a detailed accounting of costs for the project and make adjustments if needed.
- Once you are happy with the plans, you will make the selections and we will begin construction.
- You can still make changes after the construction has begun – our job is never complete until we have a satisfied customer.
We take care of everything from start to finish – permitting, ensuring applicable building codes are met, design and architectural plans, project and sub-contractor management, value engineering, and even special circumstances like variances and annexations are all managed by us.
